Dewsbury Arts Group puts on regular theatre productions at its theatre on Bradford Road, Dewsbury.
In addition, the first Dewsbury Arts Group Youth Drama classes were established over twenty years ago. Classes for young people are run on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Group’s Lower Peel Street premises off Bradford Road.
The aim is to give the members experience of drama exercises, movement, and improvisation together with an introduction to scripted work.
