The Good Samaritan

Ian Judd is a sculptor based at the Dean Clough studios, Halifax. He has been making sculpture since 1980. This statue of the Good Samaritan was installed in front of the Town Hall in 1991 at the time of the pedestriansiation of Market Place.

His work has appeared in public spaces as diverse as the pictoral gates for Leeds Trinity at Bank Street to the statue of J.B. Priestley near the Bradford Media Museum.
