The Park Mansion is the original name for what has been Dewsbury Museum since 1896 until late 2016.
With the closure of the museum and the potential sale of the building by Kirklees Council the community has come together to bid for a community asset transfer to reclaim a building originally bought by Dewsbury Corporation for the benefit of the people of Dewsbury.
