The Old Post Office

On Wakefield Old Road - originally a main route in and out of the town but now a cul-de-sac since the ring road was built.  A beautiful, stylish building unlike its more modern offspring behind, the Old Post Office is believed to have been constructed in 1908.

There's a great little story about the Post Office and a raspberry cake over here.
